Super 8 by Wyndham Columbus Airport

The room was great but they only served toast coffee and a little bit of cereal but no milk no apple juice or orange juice for breakfast bummer😩

The rooms were dirty the linen was filthy the entire hotel smells like smoke (tobacco and marijuana people were standing outside and inside the hall watching me as I walked in which intact added to my uncomfortableness. Worst experience ever

The price was very affordable.

Roach/bug in the bathroom, hole in the blankets (looks like cigarettes holes), building entrance to the door was broken, breakfast area was not in a clean state

The stay was good until check out. I asked for a receipt for the 25 refundable deposit that i had to give incase i smoked and the guy tried to tell me i didnt pay it and i told him i had the receipt to say i did and that it was in my account. When i pulled up my banking he got all rude told me to calm down. I said im calm i just want a receipt that youre refunding me. He throw a piece of paper at me and told me to leave and not come back for askimg for prove they were going to give me my money back. Thats horrible customers service ive always given customers receipts when refunding them.

This hotel was run right into the ground by management 😭 when I stayed I ran into Sanjay whom harassed me until I decided that enough was enough. I left the hotel and even tried going back just to have the same issues with the same person. Do not go stay here! If the roaches and flying insects don’t get you, the bedbugs sure will. Upon me doing a reservation online I was denied my room and I was cursed at rudely by none other than Sanjay so when I tried to get my points back for my room Sanjay purposely didn’t answer the phone for them and cancelled my reservation himself without my permission. It’s weird when you are tryna sleep and all you hear is someone at your door tryna get in or sniffing like you not in a smoking room. The way I was hounded at 9am wasn’t no joke! They were banging on my door so hard I couldn’t sleep before work and they also would be in my room without my knowledge which is how things ended up missing out of my belongings
