Price TV & Phone didn't work

Pool is down. We were charged am additional $100 deposit upon arrival that wasn't mentioned on the site. Toilet in room leaked when you flushed it and mini fridge didn't work. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful.

The air conditioner didn't work well-air stayed damp all night long. Commode didn't flush well either. Thankfully, we weren't in our room very long except for sleeping.

First room we checked into, the AC was not working. Said it was unplugged. Plugged it in and it quit working again. We needed to move rooms because it was so hot. Got to second room which had a very bad smell. Asked for a different room but was told we could only be moved once because manager would get mad. The staff were very friendly but they had to call and ask the manager for permission to do anything and they were afraid to call her! I learned that some bad tenants who had been there for a while had to be police removed from the room because of its condition. No telling what was causing the odor!! Management refused to move us again and unfortunately we had to stay. It was now midnight. They refused to refund us. We had no where else to go and the hotel had a $150 cash deposit (required at checkin...which we didn't know about until arrival) that we would lose if we left. After leaving, we realized that we left something in the room and called the hotel. I offered to pick it up on our return thru town or to pay to ship it. They made no effort to go check for it and said they have no time to mail anything! I have never experienced anything like this before. Sad thing is, if you need to stay in the area, you don't have much choice of where to stay. If you have no issues once checked in, it's not a bad hotel. If you do, beware!!

Property is close to shopping centers and numerous places to eat. The property has rooms that are out dated with a lot of amenities not in working order. Non of the pictures listed or shown were actual pictures.

Pool was not available for use. It seems that a car hit over a fence around the pool and the fence was all over the pool area. The pool was in the parking lot (use of pool maybe good only for kids but definitely not for adults). Not breakfast included as advertised. It was a note in the cafeteria that said “momentarily only coffee and juice for breakfast. The only restroom in the lobby was out of order. There was also a desktop in the lobby for guest use but it said “out of order”. Hotel definitely needs maintainable and upgrade. At least the room was clean.

The room smelled like mold as soon as we walked into the door. Could not get a refund. Very disappointed

First I was hit for an additional $150 deposit…on. $78 total room. I requested no smoking, but the room smelled of smoke, blankets smelled, windows were streaked with smoke scum. Hairs in bathroom around sink. Handles off drawers. Just gross, smelly, & dirty. Never again! It was nice about 5 years ago but has gone downhill.

They charged a 100 deposit on top of the room and it wasn’t stated anywhere. The TV didn’t work and the water pressure was minimal. The workers spent more time out smoking than at the desk. It was a room nothing more.
