Je me suis rendu compte en arrivant que non seulement j’ai été frustré et j’avais vraiment le sentiment d’avoir été floué: - impossibilité d’annuler ma réservation - le prix était très excessif par rapport à la qualité de l’hôtel qui était tout au plus un 2 étoiles - les prix affichés le jour de notre arrivée à l’hôtel étaient trois fois inférieurs Pour toutes ces raisons et malgré que je suis votre client depuis assez longtemps, j’ai décidé de ne plus faire affaire avec vous.

There is no elevator in the building, the comforter had stains on it, the shower filthy and still had hair in it. I paid $140 for a single queen bed and a disgusting room.

The staff especially the morning breakfast lady she was a very big help

The kiosk I would rather talk to a real person

I like my room very clean and comfortable and it was just a nice room

I did understand the kiosk machine were u talk to a person though a computer it didn't make it a homie feeling and sure wasn't comfortable giving my information to someone that was in a computer kiosk.

The physical staff that wasn't on the kiosk were amazing however that kiosk is a joke I will never stay there again as you only had staff physically there until 12

The kiosk is a joke it doesn't actually tell you what the people are saying and you only had physical staff til 12 not to mention i got moved to a queen bed after part of the ceiling fell on me and had mold in the tub I will not stay there again due to the kiosk and issue with room
