L’établissement n’est pas en cause. Pour deux nuits, j’ai payé plus de 1800 CAD. Je me suis rendu compte en arrivant que non seulement j’ai été frustré et j’avais vraiment le sentiment d’avoir été floué: - impossibilité d’annuler ma réservation - le prix était très excessif par rapport à la qualité de l’hôtel qui était tout au plus un 2 étoiles - les prix affichés le jour de notre arrivée à l’hôtel étaient trois fois inférieurs Pour toutes ces raisons et malgré que je suis votre client depuis assez longtemps, j’ai décidé de ne plus faire affaire avec vous.
