Multiple stains on the duvet. Carpet was very old. Breakfast area was very small and not enough food for the number of guests.

When I got in my room there was feces in the toilet it wasn’t flushed or cleaned. The floor was filthy and not mopped or the carpet had food on it and not vacuumed. . I had to ask the front desk for a new cover because it appeared to have blood on it . Whichich he wanted to see then exchanged it for another that was stained and dirty. The pillow cases were stained and gross.i would not recommend.

Not a good look for Super 8. Upon entering the room I immediately noticed the main outlet by the alarm clock hanging outside the wall. Big fire risk and safety concern. Then as my daughter was attempting to take a bath we noticed that we cannot plug the drain due to the “flipper” not being screwed in. As I turned on the water I noticed that the pipes were very loose. Later as I was taking a shower the shower handle flew off and hit me in the foot. I told the owner about these problems and he only said “thank you” as if he didn’t really care. The only good was that my bed was comfortable. Breakfast also had no options. I had a bagel. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Good : comfortable beds Bad: terrible breakfast, the main outlet was just hanging there, couldn’t take a bath because the drain plug wasn’t screwed in, pipes were loose in the shower, and the shower handle fell off and hit my foot while showering.

It was perfectly situated for where we needed to be. The room was clean.

Staff didn't give us a receipt. Staff wasn't able to speak to us or be at counter when we left. Not able to answer questions as to WHY NO BILL UPON LEAVING? I requested a bill showing room rate and paid, but they did not provide it. Very unusual to stay at a hotel and not see a bill with room rates and paid notice upon leaving. Makes me uncomfortable.

Great value for our stay. The staff are professional and efficient. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was self-served hot waffle, toast, yogurt, oat meal, juice and coffee. The only downside for us was the AC was loud.
