The hotel was okay the rooms had a few little things like stains on the comforter but overall it was clean comfortable the staff was friendly. But I did slip and fall on the entrance floor and broke my phone.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The bedding was clean.

The breakfast had limited gluten free options. The bathroom floor in my room was not clean enough. The exercise room was closed and was used for storage.

It was cleaner than I expected, bed was comfortable, walks are very thin, for the price and what is available in this town it worked.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The door from the parking lot did not have a lock on it. The room was clean but the air conditioner made a loud knocking sound every time it turned on. The breakfast was questionable so we chose to eat elsewhere.

There was hair on the bathroom counter that did not belong to us. The corners of the floor in the bathroom were packed with months of yucky buildup and the corner behind the bathroom door was really gross with a lot of dirt.

Planned a family trip to Nauvoo, IL. The location was relatively close and very convenient. Walmart and gas station across the street. We booked a room that slept at five. This room did not. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable air conditioning had issues room was either too hot or too cold. Morning, hotel staff was never at front desk and was always in their hotel room.

When I was arrive there, there is a gentleman on the desk. He’s welcoming me. He’s very polite and give my all question. Answer what I asked to him politely. then I went to the room and room was clean. and in the morning they have great breakfast.
