The staff is very nice and helpful; when the dryer did not /would not dry my clothes I was permitted to use the hotel's big dryer to dry them. That way I did not loose time nor quarters.

I reserved two rooms for two nights. We were placed on the top floor No elevator! They didn’t give us room service despite me asking them to come back in one hour! Would I recommend this hotel. Let’s just say if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay because all the other hotels are full then I suppose. I’ll plan ahead next time I go to Nauvoo.

I stayed here a few years ago and it has gone downhill a bit. Decent breakfast.

Immediately arriving we felt as if we were annoying the front desk the attitude was immediate then we had a issue with them trying to double charge me and when brought to their attention acted as if the didn't know or understand and it was quite obvious they did then the hidden fees for our pet and they are definitely not PET FRIENDLY and also wouldn't accept my documents stating my pet was a emotional support animal the room was absolutely horrible old and outdated we were afraid to use the shower the wall was caving in and patched up with tape the toilet had mold at the base the cleaning staff had attitudes when asked for service we were a family of 4 staying for 4 days of course we needed towels etc. That was an issue just a very horrible experience ...a little respect goes a long way..

The breakfast was a joke. There’s not much seating area. The hotel was very overpriced for the room and lack of anything else there. No pool. Not the best parking.

Great price for a room including breakast in a convenient location. Gas prices were lower in this area than some of the other areas we visited which helped our road trip to be more affordable, too.

Was all good

Breakfast was good and had variety. Shower and bathroom was good

They charged by card for incidentals full price of hotel and my Visa card full price of hotel.
