Clean and comfortable and a good price

Smelled like smoke in some areas of the halls and the breakfast was disappointing

Breakfast was good. Facility was very clean ! Staff was courteous. Rooms are well maintained and updated.

Noise. A Visiting group of, adolescent, soccer players from Africa, here for a workshop were very rowdy until 11:30 pm. Playing soccer in the halls of the third floor. I could not get to sleep until after that time. They're chaperones did not quiet them down until after 11 pm. Staff did not intervene. Immediate grounds are well kept, however the boarder areas shared by adjacent properties, and surrounding, other properties are cluttered and weedy.

I liked the price. From the outside, it looks nice.

I didn't like the staff, the $50 down payment that was not asked for until after I paid for the room, the room had tape on the door, burn marks in my sheets and it smelled.

It was very clean and comfortable, no noise at all. I loved that it had an elevator too because we had a good amount of luggage.
