Super 8 by Wyndham Portland ME

Staff always very pleasant. Nothing fancy but quiet , clean and nice.

Close to downtown Portland

it was a great stay nice bed

The room stunk, tailgating going on right outside our window. The clerk was just watching them on her cameras. Not too much to choose from for breakfast

This hotel has people living in it.Very noisy,people coming all hours of the night.Constantly hearing people opening and closing their doors all hours.

On the positive side the young man working at the desk was helpful and nice. We checked in, put our bags in the room, went to dinner and decided we didn’t want to stay there. Came back and checked out. The area around the hotel didn’t feel safe. There were people drinking in the parking lot near the entrance when we checked in and they were still there when we came back 2 hours later. There appeared to be a fair amount of sketchy activity including the partying in the parking lot and what looked like sex workers checking in. We don’t know if that was actually the case but it sure looked like it. After we decided to leave we asked if we could get a refund. The young man at the desk said he would try. He then said since it was booked through Expedia that we had to go through them. We did and he approved the refund. We didn’t feel safe staying there and would have left regardless of whether we got a refund.

Our room was very nice the staff we interacted with was helpful and respectful will stay at another Super 8 the next time we travel.

Floors filthy. Shower curtain rod broken, could not keep bathroom from flooding. Hallway smelled moldy and dirty. Apathetic staff.

You pay what you get for. . Shower curtain loose, toilet tank over flowed, noisy people above us until 330am and drippy sink. Brought some of the thing to person at desk and they won't be here till morning and the 💦 sinks was in all rooms. Not cools. We want outr money back!

I didn’t like anything about this place and felt very uncomfortable in every way possible!
