Super 8 by Wyndham Portland ME

Super 8 shows a swimming pool and exercise room on the property that does not exist there. That was a big disappointment. The window in the room didn't have locks and could easily be open from outside considering that my room was on the ground floor.

Very disappointed in our room. Had a hard time finding lights as room was dark & the 1 switch didn't turn anything on. The carpet needed to be removed a year + ago. Wore my sandals the whole time. The bathroom faucet could not be turned off and the tub was all black mold. Had to go ask for towels as we only had 2 hand towels. The saving grace was the bed was clean & fairly comfortable. A safety problem is there is only one way in/out. Breakfast was minimal. Definitely will not go there again.

Smelled like smoke and other bad smells.

Help with my stuff since I’m disabled would be nice.

The property was unsafe and the room smelled like an ashtray, the back door remained opened for the smokers and an authorized guest to come and go at the time of the day/night. I claim has been file for a full refund.

We booked for three but there was only one bed. No fridge in the room. Breakfast was horrible. No fruits, mostly bread. No hot water for tea. I've been told to use the microwave. Also, no elevator.

Clean, quiet, and everything iI wanted. The check in, was wrong, but was not only corrected on site by staff, but was ALSO CHEAPER then the on-line. Fast and completely a satisfying stay!

Stat was unrea both bed was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs on both bed i ended up traveling back home 3 hr drive never will stay thete again

Property area filthy. Rooms had limited benefits ( no iron or ironing board
