Good location for what we needed.

No elevator! Called me during the day to secure payment needlessly and then still had to do a deposit once we arrived. Said I had to pay then or lose my booking which is ridiculous.

"Not handicap friendly but fine-ish."

The location was great. Easy to get to the highway.

Most importantly—there’s no elevator here and from the lobby you HAVE to walk up or down stairs to get to your room. Had I known that, I never would have booked as I have a physical disability that makes stairs painful and unsafe. But other than that, I would say the place meets expectations for the price we paid. Mystery stains on the bedspread, hairs in the shower, nearly every single thing in our room was broken and poorly repaired—but that’s expected. We didn’t die. The staff was nice.

The beds were not clean. There was stains on the pillow and the sink in the bathroom leaked all over the floor woke up to a puddle of water on the floor.

Staff was super friendly but the room was not clean. I found a bathing suit under the sink. The floors were sticky and nasty. The place felt very unsafe.
