Several issues The day I am supposed to check out at 11 am at 10:23 am , an old guy that works for the hotel knocked at the door then used his card to open the door seconds later, even though I I answered by yelling yeah right away when he knocked. When I inquired why he is openning the door for the room I am staying in when I am inside , he asked me if I am going to stay for another day or leave that day . I ex

First the good: bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Easy parking. Now the bad: room next door had a barking dog ALL NIGHT LONG. Called front desk 3 times and said they would handle it. Left at 6am because dog still barking. Bathroom faucet only dribbled water out. Walls very thin. Had to put towels under door between rooms because gap underneath let in light and could hear everything people were saying.

The bathroom door permanently locked The in room phone didn't work The bathtub didn't have shower gel or a non slip surface The toilet seat was broke Literally no water pressure with sink faucet The carpet needed vacuumed and shampooed

I booked online not knowing the area well. When we got there, we were a little worried as the area just seemed sketchy. Once we checked in and ventured down the hallway, every door was stained, worn and just rundown. The rooms were sparely furnished, everything smelled of cigarette smoke. The entire facility gave me the creeps -- we turned around and checked out without unpacking. Did not receive a refund.

When booking a 2-night stay online, I was charged once, then charged again at check-in for double the price. On top of that, I was required to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit for my registered service dog, despite offering proof of registration and asking for clarification. The room itself was in poor condition—dirty walls with food and other substances on them, and cockroaches present. At one point, my room keys stopped working, and I had to go to the front desk to get them reactivated. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. Between the overcharging, the improper service dog fee, and the unsanitary conditions, I cannot recommend staying here.

This property had traffickers out in the parking lot making young girls smoke drugs and drink alcohol and actively solicited people. It was the most terrifying experience I have ever had!!! I reported them and shared the videos I took of horrible conditions to the Attorney General and Wyndham Corporate. Management did not care and allowed it on the property!
