Absolutely everything!!!!

There were stink bugs on the walls, just granola bars and coffee for their "breakfast", shower was stained, hole in bathroom door, parking lot was not salted/sanded for ice

Freezing cold!!!

It was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. I waited downstairs in the cold to check in. The room was very cold and smelly. I was not able to sleep. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

Did not stay the room stunk to bad.

The room smelled. The room was filthy. The bed sheets smell like smoke. The back doors did not lock. The smoke detector in the room was covered up with a wash rag. Should have a refund for the room.

Hour after breakfast started there was nothing laid out to eat. Went to get breakfast and woke came back empty handed. There was no one around to talk to just like when I checked in I had to wait for some one to show up and was rudely asked what I wanted.

Housekeeping stole items. I booked a 2 night stay, but they thought I had overstayed and bagged my stuff up. Apparently, they "lost" some food and a set of headphones when they dumped the stuff back in my room. Clerk didn't seem that phased or apologetic. Otherwise, it was an okay stay in a run down but working motel. The "breakfast" was supposed to be some snacks and coffee, and it wasn't even provided. Maybe it was lost too.

I was really frustrated about this booking. Admittedly it was over the Thanksgiving holiday, so I understand that the staff had limited hours; however, we had family from out of town come in, and we couldn’t put them all up at our house; so we booked them a room at the hotel. No person was working the whole time they were there. We chose it because they offered breakfast. There was no breakfast any day. Worse, the room they were in had some kind of sealing issue in the shower. If they used it, it leaked to the floor below, which means they couldn’t shower either. And because no one was physically working in the hotel over the weekend, they couldn’t even change rooms let alone get it fixed. I feel terrible because the purpose of sending them to the hotel was to give them a better experience than our cramped house and overused water heater. Instead, they had no food or shower. If you take bookings over a holiday, then you need to be prepared to offer the services advertised.
