It was dirty and stink bugs over 20 of them on our curtains and crawling on our beds! I had to go buy raid! We were in town for my son’s wedding! We have booked 6 rooms and they all were nasty

Limpeza e estado geral do edificio e do quarto. Pagamos um quarto para três pessoas o que implicava cama extra mas tivemos de dormir com a nossa filha na cama porque queriam mais dinheiro pela cama que já tínhamos pago.

The location was great. We were attending the Catoctin Colorfest and we were less than a half mile from it. It was as clean as an older hotel can be.

The staff (with the exception of Scott)....omgosh, they were impossible to find from the moment we walked in for check in. The facility itself looked as if the top floor was going to cave in.... it will, it's just a matter of time. It's terrifying. See attached photo below...it sinks in the middle 😳

Die lage

Haben uns die unterkunft mit ca 40 stinkwanzen geteilt. Sehr ekelig. Hauskeeperin sehr ungepflegt. Angebliches Frühstücken. Müsliriegel alte verklebte Milchtüte,da haben wir von kaffee abstans genommen. Joghurt wie angekündigt🤷‍♀️leider nix,zum empfehlen. Wir sins nicht ziemperlich

I returned to the property at 8:30 pm on Saturday night of my reservation. My room key card did not work. I returned to the front desk to request it be rekeyed and no-one was on duty. I made every attempt to find an employee by calling every number I could find but no-one responded. Finally, after a very long wait, one employee appeared, obviously off-duty, to give me a new key. This caused my subsequent evening plans to be very far behind schedule. As I left the property once I finally got the situation resolved, others were in the lobby facing the same problem. This created a really bad impression on what otherwise would have been an acceptable stay.
