Old room with old sheets and old pillow. Shower was broken and so was the chair. This place needs help

Safe, quiet, convenient. Stairs need repairs. The are some spaces where something was there and now is removed.

Worst Super* ever they should close it, spiders in the room with giant nest, walked into a web every time going to the bathroom, bathroom tub was so dirty, and the drain didn't drain so I had to stand in my own soapy water while i showered, room was supposed to be a non-smoking room the can of spray they used didn't cover up the smoke smell , as to stay till 11:10 checkout was told it would cost me another $50 to do so, so my meeting had to be cut short (m only reason for stopping and staying)

Couldn’t even stay there bc it smelled so bad when I walked in and the lady working the front desk was so rude.

Room was clean but very dated. Beds were comfortable. New curtains and new sheets. The property outside was run down and the pool was empty. Had to leave cash as a deposit as they did not use credit card for incidentals. Pleasant desk staff. Surrounding area felt very safe. Value for rate was fair.

The room smelled like urine. I think there may have been bed bugs because my husband and I both had dozens of bug bites. The place was awful.

Only stayed here because the Hampton and Holiday Inn for some reason on a Wednesday night in tiny Hope Arkansas were booked. This place was old, rundown and dirty. On top of that, I had to give them a 50 dollar cash deposit that I didn’t get back until the room was inspected before we checked out. Wyndham should be ashamed to have their brand on this disgusting place.

Did not end up getting to stay when we arrived they wabted us to pay $50 cash only allowed to stay. Being truck drivers we do not carry cash. Then when we called hotels.com to dispute charges they would not answer tge phone calls. Waiting to hear back.
