It was clean despite being a little dated

I pre registered uploading my drivers license and vehicle information for speedy check in as requested by the property only to have to provide the same information again upon checking in. Was I scammed into sharing my DL online ???why send an email asking to pre register if it wasn’t being utilized

"Toilet clean but the rest needs improvement"

Toilet clean but no handheld shower. Location near downtown.

Lobby area needs improvement with furniture. Breakfast area not well kept. Counter dirty. Table left dirty after every use. No one comes to clean. Room too dark. Carpet worn out. Why is big painting used as a headboard. It is very annoying and uncomfortable to lean again a large painting as the headboard.

The TV didn't work and they refused to give us the wifi password even though there were no rooms available with a working TV. The man at the desk was extremely rude. The bed skirts had mold on them and the breakfast was terrible. They were out of everything but the waffle maker that there was a line for. Worst experience ever!! Will never be returning and will let others know how awful this place is
