Super 8 by Wyndham Canonsburg/Pittsburgh Area

Room and bathroom were clean but dated. Staff was nice. Coffee and yogurt were good but the pre-package danish like something you’d get out of the dollar store. But overall for the price and a clean safe place to stay it was what I expected with. No issues or complaints. Will stay there again.

It was at least a hotel, that didn’t have bedbugs

The rate is cheap and I was close to my work location.

The side door does not lock, then my room door dead bolt was almost pulled out off the frame. Thin walls, can hear tvs next door and hallway action.

The property was like it describe it to be. The parking lot needs to be repaved the only reason I noticed was because I drive a car and not an SUV. But for the price I can't really complain

I will never return to ANY Super 8.

Friendly staff but did not feel safe. Paper thin walls, heard neighbors TV the whole day/night. The deadbolt was starting to come unscrewed in the room. And found that the other side entrance doesn’t even lock, so anyone can just walk in.

The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The employees were not friendly but polite.

First of all, i drove around the property 3x looking for the lobby. Its hard to find because its hidden behind overgrown plants and trash/debris and only lit by a flickering lightbulb. It looked more like a gambling hotspot entrance than a hotel lobby. Second, the front desk attendant was insanely rude and unhelpful. He was sarcastic and dismissive. I had my three daughters, all under 8 years old, with me or I would have had harsher words for him. Between the dimmly lit entrances, mold smell in the old carpet, overgrown and trashy property, and bugs in the lobby, I wouldnt sugggest anyone stay here. If you value your health and safety, don't stay at this hotel. It reminded me of the "pay per hour" joints you would see in old movies. Avoid at all cost!
