Staff was great. Cheap cost for the area

Pool was down and that was not indicated on the site prior to booking. Since it was construction, this was foreseeable and should have been indicated.

Rooms smelled. Hallway floors uneven. Towels in frisking up water. Cardboard keeping toilet from leaning. No elevator. Requested rooms to be together or close and wasn't. The staff unwillingness to change the room to one that had a working fridge and toilet that wasn't messed up. The rooms smelled. No breakfast .

The rooms wasn't too bad. Cleaner than i had expected I guess.

Towels in my fridge. Smell of the rooms. Not putting us close or even on the same floor. NO breakfast was out. Cardboard keeping toilet from flopping. The way they thought that wet towels are acceptable in a fridge. Couldn't use the fridge because of it. The unwillingness to accommodate us. Even seeing myself and another person with foot injuries they put me on the second floor had to walk up steps.

Affordable and convenient

We paid in full when we got to the hotel then was asked to hold $150 deposit the pictures show vending machines there was none. Place is outdated and the ceiling tiles in the hallway are about to fall down. There’s no breakfast as well. The tv was not bigger than 24 inches and sat on the dresser and the bed very uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly. It was acceptable for price. Did appreciate that it had a refrigerator and microwave in the room.However, it had to very noisy fan in the bathroom and the smell in the actual room was terrible.
