Excellent place to stay.. have stayed there many times. Close to restaurants & attractions. Wonderful in house breakfast & plenty parking. Rooms are clean & comfortable. The staff is very friendly & helpful with anything you need. Great for our dog with a perfect place to walk. Would not stay anywhere else!🥰

It might have just been me but the hotel had a strange smell to it. I don’t know if it was just the area or what. But other than that there was nothing wrong with our stay. Staff was friendly. The outside was mostly clean. It was noisy at times. But it was conveniently close to all of the activities that made us stay in Pigeon Forge to begin with

Lights in the room were dim. None were bright. Need an extra blanket in room for those of us who are cold natured. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, sofa was very comfortable for sitting.

"Fantastic weekend stay! Super clean and comfy."

I almost hesitated to leave a review because I didn't want others to find out about this gem. I wish I had gotten the name of the of the nice lady at check in because she was super friendly and fun. This hotel is super clean and the rooms look new. It's conveniently located to all the attractions and just across the street from Dollywood Lane. The breakfast is simple but good and the building is back a bit from 441 so the noise isn't as bad as being directly on the street.
