"Excellent for our limited trip"

This hotel was the perfect fit for our mini family trip. The breakfast was good and the service was great. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable…it was also in a great location and very convenient to Dollywood.

"Nice room at a nice price"

Room 202. Bed was comfy, pillows not too bad. We both managed to get some good sleep during our stay. Only issue we had was our bathroom door stuck at the bottom on the frame. It was pretty loud when opening the door. Recommend someone sand the door down, as it appears it's getting damaged each time it's opened and closed. The man at the front desk was very polite and answered all of my questions and he explained motel amenities well. The motel is also back away from the highway, and except for the late night fireworks, we never heard a thing outside. All in all we had a pleasant stay at this motel.

"Great place to stay for a weekend trip"

"Disappointing"

Bathroom ceiling leaked daily! We moved rooms twice. Second room was NOT clean. Was moved back to original room because we were told the issue of leak was fixed. However, it leaked every day we were there. Staff was great but the condition of the room was not satisfactory.

"Girls trip!"

"Great place."

This was a great place for the price. It's not fancy but it is clean and accommodated five people well. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff was really friendly. The continental breakfast had some thing for everyone. We brought our small dog and the price was really reasonable to add her. If you are looking for a place to spend the night and not break the bank, this is a great place.
