Requested non smoking and gave us a smoking room, went to speak with the person in charge and got switched to a non smoke when we open the door the room was not clean sheets and pillows were on the floor and trash all over the room I went back told the person which then switched us to another room and the room had a really bad odor which i then told the person again and got another room i wake up the next morning turn on the light and saw something crawling on the sheets which was a bed bug! We packed right away and left. I was really disappointed we had stayed a couple years back and was amazing! But this will be the last time we stay

Carpet dirty, smelled of Marijuana, grounds dirty, amenities poor quality a miniscule amount , had to ask for clean towels 2nd day
