The location was good for where I needed to stay,but I could have easily stayed at other places in the same location.

From the time we checked in the service was lacking, the staff at the front desk wasn't very friendly just checked us in and then I was charged twice from my card and I let them know and they said it will go back, that they didn't do any extra charge,but the money came off my card. Then we went to our room and it wasn't put together, the beds and mattresses were turned out on the floor and everything was torn apart in the room. We went back to the front desk to let them know and they just said ok and gave us another room. They were not apologetic about it.The room we got was cleaned but lots of things in it were broken and very out dated, the outlets in the room were the worst they were hanging out of the wall, just very unsafe and you couldn't plug a charger in, it wouldjust fallout of the outlet, the furniture was broken and had open nails, the air vent in the bathroom was completely off the wall, the ice machine was not working, the pool area wasn't open to use, our room key wouldn't unlock our door several different times. We had to go to the front desk several times to get the door key to work. We let the staff know that we were not happy about all these issues and having to keep coming to the front office to get basic things to work. We stayed here with kids and these things in the room were very unsafe. We will not be staying here again. I highly recommend you do not stay here.
