There was nothing in the room as far as towels, cups, coffee, TV remote(but I was happy about that) and no telephone that worked

we took one step in the room it was dirty had a roach and hair on the bed and the extra door lock was missing, we left immediately after to stay somewhere else. Also had problems with them taking payment from Booking.com and took over an hour to get checked in. The pictures do not match what the property looks like at all.
