I didn’t get my refund. Staff was not helpful. Agents from the app were not helpful. Nothing was professional besides the scamming these companies do.

Room was updated and had a clean smell

The outside of the property is aweful, scary almost. Pulling into the parking lot made my heart sank. My family of 4 was shocked that I had even booked such a place. The lobby was ran down with what was supposed to be a breakfast area and an attendant on a kiosk. I guess whoever was in the back heard my disdain to get my money back and came out to make small talk to me. I guess he called hisself trying to distract me from my disappointment by saying don't judge a book by its cover, asking where I was from and what I did fir a living. I was completely appalled at the look of the place. We went ahead and checked in only because I had prepaid( will never do that again) and because we were only staying for 1 night. Yes, the room has updates but because I felt so uncomfortable with the area outside, I couldn't get completely comfortable. The toilet overflowed during our stay in which we were given a plunger abd some towels to fix it ourselves. The towels were a bit scratchy and could have been softer/ whiter and we requested more wash rags which we never got.Breakfastcwas some pastie gravy w/ hard biscuits and fake sausage. My daughter said there wasn't enough milk for her cereal,the kist goes in.Iwould not stay here again, the updated rooms just didn't make up for the lack thereof.

Well the outside looked rough, maybe they were remodeling. So I was pretty concerned. The room itself was updated and clean but there were some issues. 1) the hot tub was not the one in the picture and it had a slow leak into the floor. Like water seeped out of the hot tub into the floor around the hot tub and accumulated to 1/8" deep at least 2) no microwave in the room despite the online saying there was 3) no staff really. Check in was with someone in India who speaks to you through a kiosk. I guess that's ok, but pretty impersonal and didn't leave you feeling great. 4) and this was a huge issue. The door between our room and the next was a regular for with a turn lock. We were able to walk right into the next room and if they had the key on the other side they could do the same. Scary! Even more so if we had been in the next room with NO way to lock the door to keep the people in the next room out. There was no lock on that side!!!!

I received a dirty room. They moved me to another room, which was also dirty. I asked for a refund, no refund. So I just left and I had to eat the hundred bucks. I was polite, all they had to do was go clean the room. But after two dirty bathtubs and stains on the linens. I was over it. There’s a reason why it’s one of the cheapest places on the strip.
