"Stay away from this hotel"

• I discovered bedbugs on the pillow, and I woke up with multiple bites all over my neck. • No breakfast was available in the morning. Spend 2 night $40 outside. See the picture. • The TV and internet were not functioning. • The room had a strong mold odor. • There were black hairs on the pillows, indicating poor housekeeping. • I reported the TV issue, but upon returning later, nothing had been resolved and no one followed up. • Despite staying two nights, the bedding and towels were not replaced. • After raising these concerns at reception, I was moved to another room. Management is not responding with evidence on my emails. (Sent multiple emails). 1 star and never return again.
