The facility was dirty almost everywhere, parts of the room were mid-repair (unfinished drywall, missing towel bars, inoperable/inadequate lighting)

No breakfast, towels were clean but dingy like they weren’t bleached. Front office was cluttered with boxes of food , coffee makers etc. room had broken mouldings , drape was ripped , faucet was coming out of the wall and had been caulked with what seemed like an entire tube .
The carpet was dirty, looks like abandoned place .
There was a dog barking all night. It seemed that the person was probably living there. I heard it growl at someone leaving in the morning. It was ok for one night, but not for an extended stay.
