USTowels and shower curtain were dingy gray. Breakfast bar had no seating. The area was dirty.

The room was dirty, although bed and bedding was ok. Bathroom was in disrepair.Hall way stunk like smoke, carpets dirty and old. A party in the parking lot at 12-1:30 am with loud music, shouting and dancing kept us up. Air condition was loud and went on and off every 20 minutes. Good location for shopping and restaurants.
Staff was polite. Room was ok, but refrigerator door was not secured on the hinges. If the breakfast had been ready, it would have only been waffle machine and cofffee, which was suppose to start at 6:30 am. However, we came to lobby at 6:30 and no waffle batter was there yet, so we had to leave with only a cup of coffee.
My reservation was cancelled an hour before arriving to the property due to the room no longer being available. I made the reservation a week prior to my arrival, so not sure why the property overbooked themselves. They tried to remedy the situation by offering us two rooms at different ends of the property. We were willing to try and make it work until we saw the state of the rooms. Mold present on the bathroom ceiling, drywall had multiple, noticeable spots of damage. The shower leaked, and the toilet wouldn’t flush properly and needed multiple flushes for anything to vacate. Needless to say, we did not stay and found other accommodations.
Well it was maintained well and clean on the outside.
USNot properly clean, hallways were gross, went through 2 rooms before i found a decent one. The bathroom light did not work, room had a funky smell. And breakfast was not as advertised.

Dirty hallways and stairs; only one washcloth and two towels, NO hand towels for two days-and reluctant to give additional when asked. Total confusion regarding whether they provide breakfast…..
USHow my needs for a bottom floor room were met. I have problems with goin up the stairs due to underlines health issues.
Dogs barking aggressively when they saw me from the room next door. Thier owner had to pull the dog back into her room. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable.
