Halls have not been vacuumed in months. stairs and landings need carpet replaced (easy & cheap)

Unless you are a crack head dont even consider it. Not clean, smoke detector removed, lights falling out of the ceiling, bulbs missing and it looked like blood spatter inside the lamp shade. Floors were sticky and much much more. City should shut this place down. Front desk person was the only positive experience. Great person that should work somewhere better.

We at at Epic Egg just down the street. We are retirees and use Super 8 alot across USA l Actually our 1st go to for price, waffles, I personally don't want an expensive motel we are out for the sites across the USA

Honestly the back door entrance . Carpet looked as tho it had not been vacuumed for a while. Gave the impression of OH NO what's the room going to look like. It was 4 p.m. and gals were making the bed when we got to the door ,which was no issue for us .However I'm standing there thinkinking?? Didn't the guy at the desk know the room wasn't ready? And why isn't it ready ? It's 4 p m. We were friendly polite but when they left certainly wondered if they truly cleaned the room or just made the bed. So let me ask you. What do you think ??

There was food on across the walls, curtains, and table. The curtain were stained. Lamp and door lock was broken. Paint was peeling.

Location

Cancelled my room because as soon as I stepped into the room ,There was a foul odor immiting,The walls are in major need of painting especially by the door as the paint had peeled off. Door was rubbing on the floor,needs repair. Hall way has a smell of animal ,drugs etc.

This property was a disappointment. The staff were rude when I told them my room was dirty and even had blood on the floor and the curtain. He finally changed me to a different room after I showed him pictures of the dried old blood. However, the new room I got changed to had an overwhelming horrible smell. He did not compensate me for the dirty room or the downgrade from a king room to a queen. I was not asking for a free room but something for my trouble should have been given. In the new room the windows don’t open so I couldn’t get the smell out. The tub was disgusting/the walls/ floors. Thank goodness I packed sandals. I slept horribly and was glad to leave the next morning. The hallways/ stairways had massive dust balls, dirt and food left on the floor. Overall it was not well kept. The stay left me feeling disgusted and I will never stay at this place again.

I really enjoyed that they had a very delicious well. Rounded meal for breakfast set up. I enjoyed the back day my husband and I were able to, you know, get to have a meal for breakfast after not getting to eat an actual breakfast in over here several days. And it was really a good little environment to no, that we were at least able to have a clean place. Just needing to have summer save for cooling them. Go. Night rest.

I didn't like that. They had mentioned that. We wouldn't be getting our deposit back for a set long amount of time, especially considering the fact that we had accidentally had a mishap. Oh, at rookie. There was been upon next day. I'll give him back to the front desk. And we still have not received any deposit or anything me back for our state in our stables. Pretty much booked when we didn't really have. The means to be a little afford. Such and not being able to get our deposit back or anything for the fact that we had our personal pet with us. Can we paid the extra cost for her stay with us? And we didn't even get a chance to you know. Received reimbursement or anything for? Having to pay up so much and yet there was no damages done to the room. We could honestly be charged, we're not giving back some formal money that we had to pull out, cover the cost of the dog being in the room, so it would have been better everything explained why we had to cover the extra money cost for the dog being in the room when she did not. Do I need damages not that rake?You know, have been told that's been nice to you.Have a little bit more details about this property.Charging an amount for a pet to be in the room and not really adding any exact amount
