Rooms were outdated, had to lift up door to close bathroom, light in bathroom kept twitching. Carpet along stairs to our room looked like they were never vacuumed. Everything was dingy!
Great stuff stay
Started off by giving us a room that had non working A/C and a lamp as a light that was being used for light for bathroom. Tried to use phone to call desk and didn't work. Then was transferred to from next door and it was missing coffee maker, dryer. In addition, the curtain had dirt marks, and air barely cool room off. If was not so late would of left

When we checked into our room it had not been cleaned. The toilet, TV, microwave, AC and phone were all broken. When we tried to speak to staff they hardly spoke any English and were unwilling to move us or fix any issues. We woke up looking forward to breakfast and coffee but the coffee was moldy and there was no breakfast. I couldn't even buy a soda even though they had a display case with sodas at the front! Staff were completely disrespectful and unwilling to help or resolve any issues we had. But they had no problem with room service literally banging on our door at 8am
I would give it minus five stars but unfortunately only one is possible, terrible soundproofing, we couldn't sleep until one in the morning because every creak and step of our neighbors was audible, dirty, there is no breakfast here, when we came for breakfast there was syrup and two cups of coffee in one of which there was half, terrible in a word!!!!
