Funky smell in the hall but good in the room.

Perfect location out of the hustle and bustle of the Dells but close enough to get there quick. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well set up. The pool/hot tub area was seriously one of the cleanest I have ever experienced

It was as expected. Value for the price.

Feel like we were catfished. Outside of building was nice but inside was dirty, run down, beds uncomfortable, sheets and pillows had bad smell, bathroom was in bad repair and dirty. You get what you pay for

Housekeeping never touched our room the whole time we were there. We ran out of tissue, toilet paper, towels and garbage was over flowing. When we asked for clean towels we were told that they didnt have any washed and didnt know when they would be done. No one was ever at the front counter and you had to call for them and they acted annoyed to check us in its your damn job. No air-conditioning in the hallways or lobby. It smelled like body oder, weed, and food in the lobby and hallways it was horrible. Tv was broken
