"Misery at 150 a night"

Adequate breakfast

Staff was rude. Only saw 1 staff member the entire 2 days. Just getting clean towels was an odyssey. No guest laundry. Beds were uncomfortable

"No internet"

Internet has been down for 2 days and I have been unable to access email. I made the request at the front desk to have them reboot the modem however I am not sure they understood.

"We would stay elsewhere if we come back to the area."

The location was good for visiting friends.

The staff never acknowledged you in the hallway to say hello. The cereal and bread were stale. There was never anyone at the front desk. There was a sign to press 0 for help. The same person was there when we were there.

"Pick a different spot"

I picked this hotel to stay at as it had a whirlpool. Not many places in this small town offered one. My friend and I were really excited to use the whirl pool after a long drive. Then, we saw it. It was absolutely filthy - greenish brown in color and clearly not cleaned for a long time. It was so gross. It was so dirty that it looked unsafe to use. I brought my concerns to the manager (who, by the way, lives at the hotel) and his response was incredibly unprofessional. First, he said he wasn't aware of the situation. I found that hard to believe, considering the whirlpool is just steps away from the front desk and very visible. Then he told me it wasn't his job to clean it. I don't care whose job it is to clean it. Clean it. This kind of neglect is unacceptable, not just for guest comfort but also for health and safety. PS..... This was written by a super host with a 4.9 rating after 8 years. I do not recommend this place.

"best hotel i ever been"

Definitely one of the funnest hotels I’ve been to in a while. The staff was great. The rooms are clean and fully stocked of your basic essentials. The rooms ACTUALLY SMELL GOOD! The pool was super big and the hot tub is definitely a vibe. Will def come back.
