This was a good property. Our room was clean. The only things that I disliked were that they do not have an elevator so you have to take the stairs up. The other thing was our room had no wash cloths. Overall great stay would definitely go again.

How about the fact that the ad does not state there isn't an elevator. I have knee issues and need to use a cane. CLIMBING stairs is painful. Staff was wonderful - took care of my bags, but this hotel is not handy-cap friendly.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice, clean, and had a fridge and microwave. The vending machines in the lobby were convenient and stocked with a variety of snacks and drinks. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub area that opened early and stayed open late.

The location was great, close to our convention center, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel parking lot was clean, well marked and well lit with many access doors from the hotel. Great Stay

Sheets were stained and didn’t stay fit on the bed. Sink didn’t drain well, toilet was loose. Ice bucket was disgusting, like someone threw up in it. Whirl pool didn’t work, staff tried to fix, no luck. Pool area was messy, hardly any towels. No one was at the front desk in the mornings. We will never stay at this hotel or any Super 8 !

I didn't like the fact that I got ripped off $104 I didn't like the fact that I called and emailed booking.com and try to make the payment and still lost the reservation I didn't like the fact that I had to miss out on important family events because of this inconvenience and I especially didn't like the fact that booking.com didn't do anything to try to correct this error that was on their end
