It really need an upgrade paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom .the tv did not work .went to take a shower and the handle fell off .smells really bad in the hallways .the inly good thing was the beds nice clean sheets and the mattress was in good shape
Room not ready, made him return after 1 hour and gave him a room that was never cleaned. He had to drive 1 hr to the next town to get a room
The room was dirty, the help was unfriendly and not helpful

Took long time at front deck just to get checked in,non working pool and hot tub as advertised. Had water on floors every where. Non working vending machine. Had cold cereal, toast and muffins for breakfast. Had brimming full garbage container and cigarette butt containers over full and on ground. Daughter's reservations canceled during check in and not refunded.
Property is quite run down. Breakfast was very limited. Cold cereal and pre-packaged muffins. Breakfast room was not clean. Dirty floor, dirty counters. Pool and hot tub were out of order. Standing puddle of water in the hallway near the breakfast room. Hotel room was musty smelling.
We will not be saying here again.
AVOID AT ALL COST! We arrived for check in (after verifying 3 times prior earlier in the week that we had accommodations) to be told we didn’t have a room (town was sold out). No one was at the desk and didn’t answer the phone. We finally tracked a cleaning staff who woke up the desk employee who was sleeping in a room. He tried to blame us but then said they cancelled 15 rooms due to “issues” and didn’t have the decency to call us. Pool was out of order. People that did end up staying (some of our baseball team) said breakfast was toast and extremely stale cereal. So glad we drove to Milbank and stayed at the GrandStay Hotel. Worth the drive if you must.

Pool was out of service, two very disappointed kids. Staff behind the desk said they would work to reverse the charges as we packed up and never spent the night. I have yet to see the credit.
Never got to stay due to the fact that I was in IOWA. And this was in SOUTH DOKOTA. I Tried to cancel. I was told that I would be refunded by the morning. After they verify with the manager. The manger had told me I was not being refunded. AS OF NOW STILL WAITIMG ON A REFUND.
