There's a water bottle left in the refrigerator which made me wonder if it was cleaned. There was a hair in the sheets. The bathtub dripped. What I expected for the price so that's okay.
The beds were comfortable, the room was fine, the floors felt dirty, like they didn’t get swept and the bathroom garbage wasn’t emptied.

The pool was drained and hot tub not working. Breakfast room was dirty and nothing available at 830am when it ended at 10am. Room was small.
Door wouldn’t lock from outside
When we went to check in, we were told there was no elevator for a 3rd floor room. The pool and hot tub were both down, so no swimming or relaxing. We got into the room and decided to watch tv, and the service was broken. We asked the clerk to help with TV and he said it wasn't working. I had to run down 3 floors to ask him because the phone jack in the room had been broken from the wall and the phone didn't work either. The drain in the shower was plugged, so showers were actually like partial baths. The toilet was leaking, and there was goop seeping from where the drip was. A pretty rotten experience overall.
The stay was not great. The pool had no water in it so my kids could not swim and the tv was not working in the room. Called the front desk and they would not come fix it or give us a new room. Spent alot of money and did not get the amenities that we paid for. Will not be back.
We arrived at 9:40pm. The person at the desk said our room wasn’t ready. It was very sketchy and we left the hotel and didn’t try and go back.
First, we had to wait 20 min for front desk to appear. Then, he told us our reservation was canceled! I showed him active reservation email I received that morning. Said Super 8 canceled it! Then, finally said he could give us a Handicapped room for more than our original reservation! We were so tired by then, we took it. So, we were charged for this room, PLUS the Hotels.com reservation! Hot tub was empty, pool was unusable, morning coffee was undrinkable. Please make this right!
