The price

I was there for a week and never had my room serviced with new towels or coffee.

The staff is not having any courtesy The room did not smell good Messy kitchen when having breakfast

Nothing.

Well, I was put on the 3rd floor instead of 1st floor, no elevator. When I reserved the room, I’d asked for 1st due to being bone on bone knees. Some one on the 3 rd floor was smoking marijuana, told the front desk and they didn’t seem too concerned but made it clear when checking in it was a NON SMOKING FACILITY. The breakfast was not kept up with— had to ask for milk, or juice or biscuits( not just us). First room we were put in was not made up. Called the front desk, he came up to look and then put us in another room. Nor sure when last time that room was cleaned up, bathroom floor had not been mopped for quite some time cause you could tell, there was droplets of either coffee or blood on the floor, so we were careful.

It was easy to get to. We were able to grab some breakfast after the breakfast hours were over. The staff was as helpful as they could be. The water was hot and the a/c was cold.

You are staying in a $50 a night hotel. Don't expect much. There were no rooms on the check in level, and no elevator. So, you had to either go up or down stairs to get to your room. We had to ask for shampoo. There was no hair dryer. I asked for an iron. I was able to use the only one the hotel owned. There was no ironing board. There was no closet or luggage stand. Very poor lighting. There were a few electric outlets, but not in convenient places. We brought an egg crate mattress cover and my own pillow, so the bed was OK. The toilet was made for a toddler and had to be flushed multiple times. Even for just toilet paper!

Location

Not being able to check in early without being charged. First room they gave us king bed for 3 people. I booked 2 beds, 3 adults. Gave us new room. We had a faucet emergency. Went to supper. When we returned employee informed us they had no rooms and vacated us. We had to drive home that night, 4 hours to Cimarron.

I loved my stay...clean rooms okay food....friendly and helpful staff

I was there for a week....clean rooms and nice staff....so I cant really think of anything I didn't like ....
