The pillows were actually nice.

They have a different check in time than the one listed online and on booking.com, okay few extra hours to kill. No problem. Finally check in, and happy to find an in room coffee maker, however opening it up there was a previously used coffee pouch still in the machine that was covered in mold. After much searching I couldn't locate a remote for the TV. Went to the front desk, they provided me a remote. Okay cool. Then later that night, getting ready to go to sleep I pull back the bedding and find.... The original remote, made up in the bed. Along with another foreign item. Meaning they NEVER CHANGED the bedding. I went to the front desk the individual working claimed to not speak English and had no other bedding that I could swap out. I luckily was able to make it to a Walmart before they closed, and had to buy some sheets so I wouldn't be sleeping in sheets from God knows who was in there before me. I left the hotel and am still waiting for them to respond with a resolution. 100% would recommend staying ANYWHERE else.

The breakfast was ok.

The tub was filthy. We laid a towel in it to take a shower. Won’t stay there again. The building was dirty. Bathroom was small. Toilet paper holder was broken so toilet paper just sitting on the counter.

The location of the property was close to the activities we were doing while in town.

The staff was rude and very unhelpful. They refused to take accountability for any issues, but blamed everything on booking. I had to contact booking.com several times during the stay and the property staff refused to offer any resolutions for the issues. The property was very poorly maintained and unclean - bathtub drain full of hair, refrigerator and microwave had not been cleaned, holes in the bedsheets, pet hair on all surfaces, and a very foul smell in the room. Door locks did not work properly and we had trouble accessing a room every time we left and returned. I witnessed many other patrons experiencing similar issues during our stay and the staff refused to resolve these issues with them as well. This stay was during a very busy time in the city (Kansas State University graduation) and other local accommodations were unavailable. The nearest open properties were over a half hour away. We had 2 other family members make reservations through booking.com at this property and their reservations were either not as booked or cancelled.

The nice cold air in the room was only perk.

The hateful lady behind the desk. If you have to have a a wheel for free stuff for giving a 5 star review , you are doing something wrong.

It is located very close to restaurants and food stores.

I didn’t like that the rooms were dirty. We found hair in the bathtub, the bathroom floor was full of dirt, and we also found cockroaches. The room had an unpleasant smell. We only stayed because we were tired from traveling and there were no available rooms at other hotels.

The room wasn't clean when we got there. There was food in the refrigerator, money on the floor in the bathroom, the door was propped open. The whole floor smelled awful.This was the worst room I have ever seen. I complained to the front desk. There were no more rooms available. I asked for a refund but could not get one at the time because we had already checked in. We found another motel. The lady at the desk said she didn't blame us. She wouldn't want to stay in a room like that either. After trying numerous times of calling the manager she finally answered and told me that she had to check to see where I booked the room to see if I could get a refund. I am still waiting to see if I get a refund....
