It was dirty, disgusting, no towels I asked for a towel and the front end staff denied me. There was someone’s left over meal in the microwave. Blood on the toilet. The sheets were stained. It smelled musty. Horrible! This place is subpar even for animals

The rooms were clean. The front desk agent was a nice guy. The property is very close to the mall and restaurants.

I reserved two rooms for the night. There wasn’t a television in the second room when I checked in. I received a text asking if the condition of the rooms were to my liking, ten minutes after check in. I asked for a television if there were any available. I never got a response text. I did alert the front desk agent, to prevent my credit card being charged for something that was never in the room to begin with.

"Not kept well. Dirty socks in bed that were not ours!"

We found dirty socks in the bottom of the beds blankets. When i told staff they tried to say it was because they were washed together. I dont believe this in how the socks were together not folded together. We also had very few blankets. 2 sheets and a small blanket between. I know comforters are not a thing anymore, but this was too little of blankets. Just not a pleasant experience for the price.

Location was great for all our activities we had in town.

"BEWARE!"

Location

Absolutely nothing! Upon arrival they said wifi was out and he texted his manager which I was then told to go to an atm to get cash. I said no that’s not going to work then they took a picture of my debit card and texted to my manager. Had to make him delete that. Then got room keys…didn’t work. Finally got into the room and it smelled so bad of cat we had to leave and went over to holiday inn express. Waiting on refund
