"Older hotel but clean"

Older hotel. I must say I was very pleased there was no carpet in the room. Much cleaner. You could tell the tub/shower had been repainted as there was chipped paint throughout. Nice size fridge/microwave but no table and only 1 chair. Bed was decent for sleeping. Decent breakfast. Clean reception area and friendly staff.

"Do not stay here!!"

I honestly can't say that I liked anything.

It was unbelievable how dirty our room was. There were stains on the bedspread and all over the floor. I was happy that I brought my slippers because I didn't want my bare feet to touch the floor. We even found a fossilized muffin in one of the drawers. I wish we would have read the reviews prior to booking as they were spot on. I really have no problem staying in a hotel that is worn or perhaps out of date. But a hotel that is this dirty is absolutely unacceptable. Gross. Oh and to wrap it all up, the customer service was terrible. The woman who checked us in was very rude.
