It was a roof with walls. It didn’t seem like it had any leaking water.

The breakfast was terrible. There were hairs on the towels the dumpster made the whole parking lot smell terrible right next to the door we had to enter in. There was black/brown dried liquids sprayed all over the bathtub walls.

There is nothing to like. I’ve done nothing but cry since arriving.

We arrived for our confirmed 2pm check in. No staff to be found. After 20 minutes of waiting someone came out and were told to come back at 3 because they had no rooms. We have gotten a 2pm check in so that we could get ready for a 3:30 event. Finally get our room and the window is shattered with bugs flying in. The mirrors had gross stuff on them. The table and dresser were dusty and gross. My husband let front desk know our room was not sleepable due to bugs, and the front desk guy said “so what do you want me to do?” Huge waste of $93, no options for refund to go elsewhere. I’m so disgusted im strongly thinking of just eating that money and driving through the night to get home.

Everythiing the room was dirty. There were broken items in the room and no light or fan in the camode, The floor was discusting. The breadfast was non existant, was not set up on time ther for did not eat the food.

The front desk staff was not timely about check in and was very rude and disrespectful to my wife and would not answer the telephone when called and there was no TV remote in the room

Parking

Cleanliness - Lobby woman's bathroom was filthy and toilet would not flush. Dirty sheet with a brown stain
