Super 8 by Wyndham Helena

Nothing...what a dump! Ended up booking a room in another motel...

When I went to check in 2 employees were chatting & it took them several minutes to even acknowledge me-Checked in w/attendant whose English was poor-got up to the room -it was filthy & we could not feel comfortable stsying there, so we booked a new room...

1. No mirror in bathroom (it was missing) 2. Heater/A/C did not work. 3 Hair Dryer did not work. 4. Mirror in Bedroom was filthy.5 Floor was dirty, lamp didn't work used towel was hanging on bathroom door.

Sai she is fabulous give her a raise she did out of her way to do everything to make the best place for us we are going to only stay here because of her

The beds were decently comfy and the food wasn't bad.

They charged me for this reservation even though I rescheduled this one. Didn't even get to stay. Just stole my money and told me I can't get a refund. I don't even live in the same city. When I was there one of the rooms weren't even accessibile so we had to have a seperate room across the hotel from our family. The rooms smelled weird. The bed covers smelled like mildew. The bathroom was dirty with residue left in the toilets and tubs and there was a dirty, yellowed rag, hopefully used for cleaning left on the shower curtain.

Location

The room stunk like stale smoke. The beds sucked. The fan was so loud we thought we were keeping the neighbors up. The hall way to the lobby smelled like New Delhi. The side entrance was littered with cigarette butts near a fan thus why the inside stunk? Overall, even with the room renovation the room was run down and not a normal super8 quality. Definitely not a 3 star closer to a 1.5 star
