"The Super 8 in Helena was super hell"

We booked a King Room we had service animals with service tags on them, and they took away our king room gave us a pet room Rm. # 104 with a full size bed. The room was filthy. No batteries in the smoke detectors. Chair had a broken leg. Called for a differant chair. They said maintenance would bring us a differant chair. Well, the three days we were there never seen anyone. Behind the sink faucets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. I dropped some water from the fridge and wiped it up with a clean white towel and the towel was black from the filth on the floor. My wife had white socks on went from the bathroom to the bed and they were totally black from the floor. The tub had cracked behind the wash cloth bar and a big Crack in the bottom side towards the wall of tub. Mold on soap dispenser by sink. There was human snot on shower wall. These cracks in tub were separated all the way through. I'm sure there was mold underneath the tub because these cracks went all the way through. And we could smell it.

Everything!!! The whole room was a filthy mess!!!
