The room was a decent size with a nice soft king bed, and the AC worked

No remote fore the TV, room phone not hooked up, pillow case dirty, mattress dirty, gap between the door and doorframe, cheeto's on the floor, damaged bathroom door. The icing on the cake was a spitball stuck to the wall. For the price I expected better.

Good location, had a good breakfast

It was a place to lay my head.

The property was outdated and needed cleaning and updating. Room needed new paint, carpet was old. Carpet was old, worn out and filthy on the stairways. Flooring was cracked and missing in the elevator, Property just had the appearance of not being loved or taken care of over the years.

Lobby was very clean and inviting

Hallways and floors of the room look like they haven’t been vacuumed in months. There was spots of mold on the walls all over the bathroom. In the room paint was peeling of the walls and had stains on it everywhere. Pillows and towels all stained yellow. TV did not work. Inside of the fridge was covered in a sticky substance. Asked for a different room and was told no by the attendant. decided to leave and stay at another place.

It was decent for the pay.

Only thing I could complain about for the price was the room stunk, like urine almost.

Wish I'd read the reviews first and while my room was clean and the bed comfortable, that's about the limit of the positives. The refrigerator didn't work and I was told twice it would be replaced (I spent three nights there). The TV seemed to get limited channels. There was no coffee maker in the room despite it being listed, though there was coffee in the room. (Fortunately, I don't drink coffee.) The hot water was intermittent, and the shower rod was barely holding on. I was afraid to pull too hard for fear it would come out of the wall. Breakfast was hit or miss. The first morning I got the last little bit of eggs and sausage at about 7:30 and they weren't even warm. The bins appeared to be floating in a container of water and the food felt like it came straight out of a refrigerator. There was an empty bread bin. It appeared there was milk and juice in a somewhat cool refrigerator but no water. When I came back down 45 minutes later to leave for the day, it didn't look like anything had been replaced and breakfast was supposed to last until 9:30. The second day... plenty of bacon and sausage. No sign of eggs, except for piece left on the counter. I just went to McDonald's. Third day, a Sunday, was the best of the bunch, but still had to wait for everything to be replenished after alerting the desk about it. And it was one guy trying to run everything so I cut him some slack. The worst part? Getting double charged for one night, something I noticed as a separate reservation in the app after I checked in on Thursday. I immediately questioned them about it and was assured I wasn't being charged. I didn't believe a word of it. Sure enough, it showed up on my credit card statement. After 36 minutes on the phone with them I was told I'd have to take it up with my bank (I will), and that they didn't charge me anything extra. Yet there it sits on my statement and in my Wyndham account. They even gave me the guy's name the room/reservation was under. I have no idea who that is, but apparently, I paid for his Thursday night stay and my bank will have to correct it. I even stood right there at the desk on Thursday and asked them about it and was told it wasn't an issue. Finally, since I had no refrigerator and couldn't keep anything cold, I decided I'd fill my travel mug with ice before I left and pour the warm 20-ounce bottle of Mountain Dew I had for part of the trip home. The ice bin downstairs was just a large bin of ice with no scoop or any way to put the ice into a container without using your hands or the cup/container as a scoop. There is no way I would ever stay here again.

The room was carpeted, so it was dusty and old!! The shower release wouldn’t work.
