"Facilities are nice, but staffing for that day not so much"

Breakfast selection was nice but was unattended by staff and therefore some items were cold or all gone.

Lack of staff at front desk for check out. Waited for quite awhile, then had to go looking for someone and when found said staff they were quite rude.

The room was updated and renovated in my opinion. The room was clean and the furniture was new in my opinion. The staff was super friendly, they truly wanted to create a great stay for me, and allowed a check in at any time of the day. The pool and sauna hours were crazy long, I did not expect them to be open until midnight (10Pm for kids). Very very positively surprised to what I have seen on the internet and what I expected.

For some reason, even though the room was super clean, it smelled interesting, somehow like a senior home. After a couple of minutes that smell was gone though, I guess, it was just a special type of cleaning supply. The bathroom was clean but could use an update in a couple of weeks. The breakfast offers everything you need but is on the more basic side. Overall, some furniture and common rooms are not updated yet. It doesn't bother as everything is clean but it is worth mentioning.

"The stay was set up by my kids as a birthday present, and is close to the Misabe Trail"

Breakfast changed every day to some degree. Nice breakfast area, comfortable. Appreciated good coffee in the morning and all day long.

To bad no coffee maker in the room.

The grounds and property were really nice, I liked all the flowers and plants. Breakfast was pretty good, our room was clean. We had to check out a day early and it was fairly easy even though we booked through a third party. I would stay again if we were in that area.

Our bed was a bit hard and uncomfortable than what we're used to so we didn't sleep very well.

Breakfast staff was very short staffed for a busy weekend. The only staff couldnt keep up with breakfast needs and run the front counter and phone. The hot tub wasn't working. The pool was cold. Kinda a disappointment as being these needs were the main reason for staying.
