Connivence

My door would not lock so I couldn’t really leave the facility because you could open my room door by just pushing it open. Staff was made aware but never attended to the problem.

"A Sad Building, Miserable Experience"

N/A. This place is uninhabitable. The first 3 rooms I was assigned had problems- first one, fire alarm beeping and only 2 working lightbulbs, second had stains over the entire carpet and microwave handle was broken off, third, desk had been removed and again, fire alarm. All of the rooms have stains, holes in the walls and burn marks EVERYWHERE. Building smells like dope. It is LOUD. Between the ancient appliances and truck stops all around, it's constantly noisy. How can you give someone a room without toilet paper? Weird. I booked and paid for two nights and checked out after 30 minutes, and booking.com is not coming through with a refund.

I don't like that I'm NOT BEING REFUNDED BY BOOKING.COM! Again, I checked out after 30 minutes, but had booked 2 nights and am still being charged in full. Only visit this hotel if you are a health inspector, otherwise avoid at all costs. BOOKING.COM I NEED MY MONEY REFUNDED. I did not stay at this hotel.
