Location was good

The air conditioner is strange and the tv isn't working its been saying no signal in Spanish for over 24 hours

The front desk is AWESOME

I LIKED EVERYTHING 😁

The hotel did not offer breakfast, but considering the cleanliness of the room, I would not risk eating a breakfast there

The room was awful. It was filthy and there were sharp broken edges around the shower base. It was so bad. I was not comfortable taking a shower and risking a fall onto the sharp broken fiberglass. The outlets were caked with dirt and there was peeling paint on the windowsill and the entire hotel smelled like old Ramen noodles.

My husband cannot go up or down stairs. We expected a ground-floor room or one near the elevator. The only room available to us without stairs was the disability room with an exterior door. It was not clean and did not have enough electrical sockets for our 2 CPAP machines, hearing aid charger, phone charger, and curling iron. The breakfast was awful -- only white bread, white bagel, white pastry.

Everything was fine

The refrigerator in the room was noisy so I had to unplug it for the night than I plugged it back in the morning
