"It could have been better"

Good location

I was here a few weeks ago and this time I was in a different room that was a little disappointing The security latch on the door was missing the hardware so that is not going to work Also there was a couch in the room that had a big tear in the middle It did not bother me it's just not a good look

"WAY OVERPRICED FOR THE RUNDOWN CONDITIONS OF THE PLACE."

Floore lamp shade torn, no hangers, no coffee cups, no extra blankets, missing bulb in bath fixture, & switch plate in bath was broken and DUCT TAPED together.

"Not great for the cost-room was dated and worn but clean and bed/pillows comfortable"

"Ugh no"

The location

Where do I begin the tv didn't work my entire stay all it said was no signal in Spanish and the front desk staff couldn't of cared less. The shower head fell off and hit my daughter on the head cutting her. The milk was spoiled and made her vomit. We left a day early and filed a complaint with booking.com for all the good that will do. And two of the lights had no builds in them and the maid staff woke us up several times banging on the door and then tried to enter the room even though I was yelling I didn't need service and was heading to the door. Neither the maid staff or the front desk spoke proper English

"The place is dirty and stinks."

The only good thing is that the shower has excellent water pressure.

The hallway reaked of cigarette smoke. The bathroom floor was so sticky. The lamp shades were filthy. The buttons on the ac unit were broken. The hair dryer in the bathroom would not work. The breakfast was almost nothing. The ice machine didn’t work either. Terrible place to stay. We will not stay there ever again.
