Hotel Boutique Villa Toscana

The bed

It was unclean, specially the bathroom. It had someone’s else hair. Additionally for the price there should be Kleenex. Finally there was an event until 1am in the middle of the hotel and the noise was really loud. I chose this hotel because it was my last option and was below regular.

Es un lugar hermoso, a pesar que esta ubicado en un lugar desertico, parece que de verdad estamos en la Toscana.

The pan dulce and fruit was very poor and unsatisfactory.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a “boutique” hotel. The property is very nice, but the service is terrible. There were events every night with music blasting right outside our room until 2am. It was impossible to get any sleep. The rooms were very basic and not luxury. There was no hot water in the shower. Also, we asked them to keep our ice cream frozen because our room did not have a mini fridge, and when we got it back it was completely melted. I would never stay here again, especially for the insanely high price.
