Hotel Boutique Villa Toscana

El lugar es bonito, pero las toallas están percudidas, cuando hay eventos no pudimos dormir hasta las 2 de la mañana que se terminaron, no te advierten que pueden tener varios eventos en un misma noche, y el sonido de los grupos es insoportable, no hay ganchos en las habitaciones, la puerta no servia y se esforzaron los empleados por atender las necesidades, pero es insuficiente. La limpieza no es la mejor tampoco, lo que pagas no lo recibes en servicio, ademas no hay elevador, y subir las maletas por tu cuenta con bastantes escalones es complicado.

Property was beautiful and serene. Room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was amazing. Housekeeping would wait for us to wake each morning, then bring us a tray of fruits and pastries, along with a pot of coffee.

I would have liked chairs on the room balcony.

I liked that it was close to (literally the place) where we had the wedding! Nothing more. It was expensive for the amenities offered.

The AC did not work. The temperature could not be regulated. It was like a cold storage room. The shower was also cold, and hot water was not available. Upon complaining, the staff just said it was not working in that room and nothing else was done. Also, regarding cleanliness, there was a spider ( live one) in the bathroom. To top it off, it was our first night after an amazing wedding celebration at the villa toscana.

The grounds and building are beautiful.

No food on site. Far from interesting locales. Loud music from weddings.

It is a beautiful property to walk around, beautiful vegetation and structure, Great for pictures

It lacks amenities. It does not have a restaurant on site, no room service, no pool, no gym. I had see an picture of pastries In the website but was not told whether they offered any nor did I see any.It’s only a pretty room with nothing else to offer. Don’t expect a hot shower as the water only gets warm.

Reception was kind of hard to find and not enough signage. Swimming pool would be an awesome future in the property.
