Property needs maintenance. We saw ants or termites around the window & a/c unit. Front Desk came in & sprayed something. Otherwise all was good.

Toilet was stopped up, had to plunge it ourselves. Dust hanging from ceiling.

Got the hotel and they proceeded to tell me I didn't have a room even though I had a confirmation number. Then when I got my room placed my things down and went to grab a bite to eat only to come back to find ANTS all over our belongings. Needless to say I paid for 2 nights and didn't stay an hour. Horrible won't be back!!!!!!

The staff was very friendly and didn’t take long to get checked in even though they was booked full I didn’t have no problem wit my bookin on line will recommend and will stay again if needed Thank you

Room was clean-

Pretty mountains. Super nice and helpful staff. Bath tub was filthy.

Another motel, still using Covid as an excuse not to provide any room service. Sick of it. Had to ask for clean towels each day, even after requesting service. Guests were leaving trash and linens in hallways. Only breakfast option was a blueberry muffin.....

We checked in late, personnel was friendly, room was clean, smelled cigarettes in the stairwell but other than that was ok.

Literally the wrost experience ever. I have stayed at this hotel at least 20 days a year for the last 7 or more years and it has gone to crap. I will NEVER stay here again. Even contacted the company with no response! Our room smelled so bad of smoke that it caused my asthma to act up and my husband and kids to cough! And its a "non smoking room." We literally had to leave a window open to be able to barely tolerate it. Then we were only given 2 towels for 4 people. When we went to exchange towels we were told" no we dont have any. You people think we have unlimited towels!" Then she was able to find one washcloth and towel for our family of 4! She said that "she ordered towels weeks ago." She acted like we were a bother and also shouldnt be asking for towels even though we didnt even have enough for our family. The bathroom smelled like backed up sewage. There was people screaming and hitting walls at 3am. Literally, i was afraid to walk out of my room alone. I am very very very dissatisfied and I would not recommend anyone stay here. Also there is signs that says"no locals can stay here due to recent events!"

The areas pretty rough. The hotel kinda fits.
