Everything was great and wonderful

Very clean, and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The rooms also had beautiful decor.The staff was very friendly and helpfull. Also very competative pricing. Highly Reccomend this hotel.

The desk attendant was a very nice guy… but the property was pretty bad… my bathroom had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time… there was a moldy ring around the toilet bowl and visible mildew on the shower curtain.

The properry was ok..last day...removed 'do not disrurb...didn't get a knock for maid service...Had to call and go to front desk for towels...Also on the last night, had a bug invasion...gnats or some sort of flying insects...finally front desk came and cleaned one window but a lot were still hanging around...not satisfactory...

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. The staff were usless they didnt inform me that the breakfast that came with the stay was no longer available. The none smoking rooms were all smoked in with cigarette burns in the bedding. The wet dog/musty smell hits you like a brick wall and doesn't go away. DO NOT STAY HERE. For food in the area you have BK or Hardee's thats it. If i could have gotten my money back and gone to a different hotel i would have right then and there.

Still no daily room service. Put your dirty towels in hall, and then pick up yourself at front desk. No help, Covid, not a 5-star hotel, excuses.... otherwise clean place to stay.

My only complaint was my air condition in room 216 leaked. they had trash cans under to catch the water and all night it dripped. Other than that the staff was great the hotel was clean and very safe environment

Honestly, we typically stay here when we visit, everything’s pretty cool, nothing out of the ordinary, but after a twelve hour drive and showing up an hour after check in and we walk into the room and it looks like the previous tenant has just walked out after a week long visit, wet towels on the table, sheets and pillows all over the place, just basically hasn’t been cleaned yet, but the part that has me f**cked up, was the receptionist saying “well you’ll just have to wait” like dude no, I just drove for twelve hours and I just wanna lay down and change my clothes, there’s no way you had all day with two cars in the parking lot and not have it ready even with an additional hour 🙃

Facilities were nasty. No bath towels in rooms,

The room was very clean and staff willing to help in any way possible. However, in the middle of the night on our last night there, the picture hanging over the bed fell on my wife and me! This was about a 6 x 6 picture held up there by very small anchors. If a child had been in the bed, they could have been seriously hurt.
